Is social media good for kids?

I see a lot of underage kids who spend their time on social media like Facebook , Instagram or twitter and losing education with it. Indian Govt is still nail down age limit along with its usage.
I am still not yet getting why Indians can't learn from Chinese people who have their own sets.

I will research and keep a good business. Now a days nobody is interested in doing a job. Some i keep for myself.
