These three are as below:

2. Instagram
3. Twitter

These three are more than enough for your websites to receive massive traffic in no time. You need to first study the better techniques to post on these website, though.

If you once become perfect knowing how really you need to post to make the most of it, I assure you receiving a huge traffic will not be a problem.
 
I myself consider top 10 social media sites effective because they have good pr and alexa traffic rank which helps in increasing my site rankings
